BTM is one of the fastest growing injection moulders in the country-region.We won a prestigious GTMA Engineering Excellence Award in 2005, and specialise in the provision of bespoke, high quality production plastic injection mouldings, many of which require specialised secondary finishing operations, for example the mouldings for car headlamp clusters, which need to be “aluminised” to provide the reflective inner surface of the lamp.
In the automotive supply chain only the highest quality is acceptable, so quality is at the heart of everything that BTM does. To ensure that BTM can support the requirements of our first tier customers we have successfully completed quality audits undertaken by those companies over a number of years to ensure compliance.
From its conception, Bourne Technical Mouldings has been working towards ISO/9001, and implementing a wide range of production processes whose aim is to embed quality throughout the business.
