Wheelie bins.

Walsall Council's policy regarding replacement wheelie bins is to charge £18.50p for a replacement no matter what the circumstances are with regard to its loss e.g theft from the front garden, and even from within your grounds/garden area of your address that may be secure and thieves have forced entry in order to take it.

The only way to enable you to receive one free is by proving refuse collectors were at fault.

You may have to paint your number and street on them or even chain them to your wall.

Rules are your bin should be placed at the edge of your property by 07.30am on your set collection day.

Your bin lid must be closed.
